Lead College offers the CHC30121 – Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, a nationally recognised qualification designed for individuals aiming to pursue a career in early childhood education and care. This qualification reflects the role of educators who are responsible for designing and implementing curriculum in early childhood education and care services. Graduates work to implement an approved learning framework within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard. They may have responsibility for the supervision of volunteers or other staff.

Lead College actively assists in arranging suitable work placement opportunities with its network of childcare providers. The college ensures placements are aligned with the industry requirements.
If you’re currently employed in a relevant role, your existing workplace may be used to meet the placement requirements. Lead College provides support and guidance to help you navigate this process smoothly.
Minimum 160 hours of work placement is required to complete the qualification successfully.
