Work placement is a mandatory part of the course to ensure you gain valuable real-world experience in a professional setting.

If you’re currently employed in a relevant role, your existing workplace may be used to meet the placement requirements—Lead College provides support and guidance to help you navigate this process smoothly.
Minimum 120 hours of work placement is required to complete the qualification successfully.
